For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewellery cannot be returned.
All returns require approval before being sent back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Sterling Silver Care
All ELMNT925 pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver.
Natural tarnishing may occur over time due to exposure to air, moisture, skin chemistry, perfumes, or lotions. This is a natural characteristic of sterling silver and not a defect.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and supplier.
